Job Description

• Possess strong organization and time management skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks 
•  Apply customer service skills, in a positive way while working with the customers and drivers 
•  Assign, plan and dispatch drivers
• Manage daily pick up and delivery schedules based on customer needs.
• Update shipment tracking and maintain timely data integrity
• Availability – Responsible and Punctual 
• Answer all incoming calls and messages from customers/drivers
• Maintain accurate and current information for billing, data collection, and customer accounts  
• Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned 
• Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and a variety of online software systems
• Able to manage a busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions 
• Keep track of all warehouse activity, assigning forklift operator what to unload and load 
• Checking trailers in the yard by breaking seals and taking picture 
•  Data entry loads into our dispatch software, matching bill of ladings, rate confirmation and invoices and scanning them to our cloud. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
